Payroll is expected to be accurate, without compliance issues, and on time for thousands of employees spread across hundreds of geographically dispersed locations.

Basic Time and Attendance Data:

ActaView integrated its product within Cignify’s flagship product PeopleNet ® , which now delivers real time labor management exception information in the form of alerts. Cignify’s customers were interested in variance data for comparison purposes. With hundreds of locations, headquarters liked the idea of comparing performance among their sites. Through ActaView, Cignify’s customers may now compare missing punch data, pay practice enforcement, and numerous other metrics they have selected to manage their business. ActaView enables Cignify’s customers to manage and optimize their labor management practices in a positive, proactive manner.

Advanced Labor Management Tracking:

ActaView and Cignify have deli-ered a flexible, customer driven platform for growth. The starting point was basic tracking and monitoring, followed by comprehensive labor management analysis. Overtime labor is one example of information that generally arrives too late to impact current month financial expectations. With ActaView, the actual or real time data is compared with budgets and forecasts. If the budget or forecast is not on target, a proactive variance alert is sent to the responsible person. ActaView then becomes a powerful management tool delivering information ahead of time and allowing time for communication and decision making that positively impact the bottom line. The customer decides on the information to manage, which can be changed at any time. When the problem is fixed, the alerts can be changed by the customer, allowing the system to manage a different area of potential concern.

Customer Care:

ActaView and Cignify have worked together to create a set of metrics to better support their customers and the data coming from People-Net ® . Cignify customer care representatives may now proactively advise their customers in areas that positively impact labor management and build strong, ongoing customer relationships.
